REFUND POLICY
At Mindspire Guild, we strive to provide an exceptional experience to all our members and guests. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below: ๐งพ Membership Refunds Monthly and annual memberships are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. If you experience extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical issues, relocation), please contact us at [email protected] โ we review such cases individually and may offer partial refunds or account credits at our discretion. ๐ Event & Workshop Cancellations Refunds for special events, workshops, or tournaments are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another participant or receive a credit for a future event. ๐ฒ Game Product Purchases Physical products such as board games or merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us with a photo and receipt, and weโll arrange a replacement or full refund.
